Each spring, a nation-wide high school arts competition is sponsored by the Members of the U.S. House of Representatives. The Congressional Art Competition is an opportunity to recognize and encourage the artistic talent in each Congressional District across the nation.

WASHINGTON, D.C.—Congresswoman Victoria Spartz (IN-05) was proud to support the Paycheck Protection Program Extension Act, which passed after a vote on the House floor Tuesday evening. The bill extends the amount of time small businesses will have to apply for loans that have helped many keep their workforce employed during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis.

“Madam Speaker, I rise today in opposition to H.R. 1319. This $1.9 trillion spending package is being considered without meaningful debate and without Republican input. While more than 200 Republican amendments were proposed, Democrats only accepted two.
