WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congresswoman Victoria Spartz (R-Ind.) and six of her fellow Members of Congress petitioned U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin to award the Purple Heart to the seven fallen heroes in the “Jolly 51” helicopter crash in Iraq on March 15, 2018, including Major Christopher Zanetis of Carmel, Indiana.

Tom McClintock (R-Cal.), Ranking Member of the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration, as a co-sponsor of the Illegal Immigrant Payoff Prohibition Act in response to the proposed $450,000 per person payments to illegal immigrants.

This directive is included in President Biden's "Pathway out of the Pandemic" plan and directs the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to implement the mandate.
