VIDEO RELEASE: Bakhmut Besieged by Russian Forces

Washington, D.C. – Today, Rep. Victoria Spartz released the following clips of the brutal siege of Bakhmut by Russian forces, including barbaric Wagner Group mercenaries. Food, water and power supplies have dwindled and thousands of Ukrainian civilians and fighters remain under siege.
