Congresswoman Spartz Hosts Listening Sessions in Madison County
ANDERSON, Ind. – U.S. Congresswoman Victoria Spartz (R-Ind.) held listening sessions in Pendleton and Anderson this weekend to hear directly from her constituents and provide an update on what is happening in Washington D.C. and the fifth district.
The crisis at the southern border, the recent AG Garland oversight hearing and his overreach on the school boards issue, warrantless surveillance of the US citizens, warrantless access to private banking information by the IRS, details of the runaway spending package, legal immigration challenges, concerns posed by the hasty Afghanistan evacuation, the vaccine mandate, healthcare, big tech concerns, supply chain issues, and election security were among some of the issues discussed.
"Direct communications with my constituents, and being accessible and transparent, is extremely important to me,” said Rep. Spartz. "I'll continue hosting these listening sessions throughout the fifth district to answer unscreened questions and solicit valuable feedback.”
Rep. Spartz has now hosted 15 in-person listening sessions in Anderson, Arcadia, Carmel, Cicero, Elwood, Fishers, Gas City, Greentown, Indianapolis, Marion, Noblesville, Pendleton, Tipton, Westfield, and Zionsville.
