Rep. Spartz & Congressional Delegation Hold Press Conference in Ukraine

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Representative Victoria Spartz (R-IN) along with Representatives Gregory Meeks (D-NY), Chair of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, Mark Green (R-TN), Colin Allred (D-TX), Ami Bera (D-CA), David Cicilline (D-RI), Chrissy Houlahan (D-PA), Sara Jacobs (D-CA), Tom Malinowski (D-NJ), August Pfluger (R-TX) and Mikie Sherill (D-NJ) held a press conference today in Ukraine regarding the ongoing situation between Russia and Ukraine.

"I want to reassure you that the United States will always remain committed to our allies and promoting peace, stability, and freedoms around the world," said Rep. Spartz. " I would also like to encourage the Ukrainian people to stay united and be ready. Freedom is never free and never easy, but it is worth it."

The press conference comes before the delegation meets with Ukrainian President Zelensky.
